HASSLE-FREE RETURNS

We offer a 30-day returns policy. Please make sure to return your item within 30 days of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

Customers are responsible for return shipping for reasons that are not due to our fault, such as size changes or personal preference.

RETURN CONDITIONS

To be eligible for a return, items must be in the condition you received them: unworn, unused, with original tags and in the original packaging. Don’t forget to include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note, all gift cards and final sale and promotional items are non-returnable.

INITIATING A RETURN

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for return. Our Customer Service team will provide you with the necessary instructions. Please wait for our confirmation before returning items, as unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

EXCHANGES

To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may purchase the new item separately.

REFUNDS

Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Please note that refunds may take some time to be reflected by your bank or credit card issuer.

Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
